1. We are looking to use this plugin for setting maximum capacities per time slot but also per product. For example in a 3pm-4pm time slot, the capacity may be 40 for Adult tickets, but for a child ticket, the capacity may be 20. Is this possible using this plugin?

   Could you tell us if you can prevent/stop duplicate bookings please? ie if we add 3 hours for one product (hourly based service), then book same hours again, it is allowing us to book again. It does show them as a duplicate when you click to ‘cart’, but we need the software to prevent the duplicate booking. Link

   When you go to this booking screen, it allows you to book the same time slots multiple times.

      Thank you for sharing the product link. I have placed an order for the date 5th February 2019 for 2 timeslots and observed that the date 5th February 2019 is showing blocked on the calendar as you have set Maximum bookings as 1 for the date lockout option.

      Kindly set the Maximum Bookings limit for the time slots to 1 and check whether the timeslot is getting disabled or not once the booking is made for the date and timeslot.

4. Hi, I have two fields I am renting. I sell them in 1/2 field or full field increments…. field 1 and field 2… whole field booking is $300 per hour, half field is $180 per hour…. a customer could book a whole field… field 1, let’s say. Then that field would no longer be available for a half field booking. In this scenario Field 2, currently not booked, could be booked in either 1/2 field increments by two different customers OR the whole field. With the pricing not being the same, I dont know how to do this in woo commerce. would your plug in help?

      Thank you for elaborating your business requirements.

      Can you please let me know that your rental is bookable for date and time? If yes, then you can create a bookable product using Date & Time booking method we provide in our Booking plugin.

      Overlapping is the default functionality in it. For e.g. The rental is bookable for half day 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 13:00 PM -16:00 PM as well as for full day 09:00 AM – 16:00 PM. If the customer is renting a product for a full day then no other customers can book half day slots. Also, if the customer rents a product for half day 09:00 – 12:00 then another customer can only rent the same product for timeslot 13:00 – 16:00 on the same date.

      I have created a test Product “Book an appointment” on our demo site. Created the 3 timeslots as mentioned above with 1 lockout for each. Also, I have set a timeslot price as $300 for full day 09:00 AM – 16:00 PM and $180 for half day slots. I have enabled the “Time Slot Selection” as Single.

      Please check the same and let me know if the created test product is fulfilling your business requirements or not.

      If you select Time Slot Selection as “Multiple” then the time slots will be displayed with checkboxes where you can select multiple time slots. So if you don’t want to allow your customers to select multiple timeslots and they can select only single timeslot while booking a product then you can create the same product setup on the demo site of our Booking plugin.

5. Hi there, is it possible to book on different days? or multiple booking just applies to one date?

   1. Hi José, It is not possible currently to book on different days in a single add to cart instance. So you select a single date, you select multiple time slots & you click on Add to Cart. Then you select another date for same product & repeat the process.

6. On a previous comment Ben asked if it was possible to pay for a block booking (with a single payment) that allows a specified quantity of multiple dates to be booked within a period of time. Has this feature been added yet? If it hasn’t is it likely to be added in the future?

   1. Hi Neil,

      Yet this feature is not available in the plugin but we do have plans to add such feature. This year it will be difficult because we are already occupied in the implementation of some other features.

7. Will the plugin override WP theme CSS?

8. Can you verify something for me? We are offering swim lessons, and we need the user to buy a swim lesson package and then be able to select 3-5 lessons per week for 6 weeks. Is this possible with this plugin? Will they be able to add as many time slots as they need? Time slots may very per lesson so it won’t necessarily be the same time or day for every appointment.

      Thank you for sharing your business requirement with us.

      Using Multiple Time Slot addon, admin can create time slots for the product and on the front end of the product page it allows the customer to choose multiple time slots only on a particular date. So currently, it is not possible to select multiple dates and timeslots for those dates.

      However, the customer can select a date and the available timeslots then add it to the cart and again repeat the same for other dates. But as you mentioned that you want to limit the customer to select only 3-5 lessons in a week so that is also not possible using this addon.

9. Hi, is this price good for one year only? IN the checkout, there’s an option to renew license. How much?

   1. HI,

      The price is for a yearly license. The renewal cost is 50% of the plugin price. This plugin works with the Booking & Appointment plugin for WooCommerce. You would need that installed as well.

10. Oh! This addon requires the Woocommerce Bookings plugin from Tyche to work, NOT the Woocommerce Booking form Woocommerce itself. This should be mentioned more clearly IMHO.

       Please check on above page under “Requirements” section. It says: “This addon will work only with the WooCommerce Booking & Appointment Plugin installed.”.

       All our addons work only with our WooCommerce Booking & Appointment Plugin.

       1. Hi Jose,

          Currently, it is not possible to book multiple timeslots on different dates in a one go using the Multiple Time Slot Addon. You can select any single date and the timeslots you want and add it to the cart. Then select another date you want to for the same product and add to the cart. You can repeat this process and then book the product together.
