    1. Hej,
Have an issue in Order Delivery Date – Lite. We deliver only on Wednesdays and Saterdays. I’ve set the parameter for packing the oder to 36 hours. Than Saturday (as from today – wednsesday) is skipped in the system and the first available date is Wednssday next week. So the first available delivery date isn’t the actual first delivery date. which would be this Saturday.
If I change the picking time to 24 hours, it’ll work. But than on thuisday wit will skip this saturday.

It always worked fine, except for the last couple of weeks, where this issue suddenly popped up. We always had 48 hours, but in that case it starts already on Tuesdays with skipping the saturday…

      Is it a system bug?

thanks for ur reply (and fixing the issue if possible

      1. Hi Bauke,

Currently, from our lite version plugin, when ‘Minimum Delivery time’ is set then the minimum time will be calculated on the working days only.

If you want to calculate the Minimum Delivery time on disabled days also then you can enable ‘Apply Minimum Delivery Time for non working weekdays’ setting which is present under the Date Settings tab.

I am attaching a screenshot for your reference: http://prntscr.com/fksxn1

Please enable the mentioned setting and let me know whether the requirement is achieved on your site.

    2. Hi,
What is the metadata tag & metadata description for this plugin? I would like to extract delivery date data, but I cannot locate the metadata name for customer selected delivery date.
      Please help. Thanks.

      1. Hi Adrian,

We are storing delivery date in the “wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta” table. The metadata tags are “_prdd_lite_date” and “Delivery Date” which is meta_key and metadata description is a Delivery date which is meta_value.

You can extract the selected Delivery date of customer’s order from the same table. We are storing _prdd_lite_date in the “YY-MM-DD” format and Delivery Date in “MM-DD YY” format.

        Please see the screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/LBkLFUuWctc

Kindly let me know if you have any further question with our plugin.

        Regards,
        Chetna Bhutka

    3. Hi,
What is the metadata tag for this plugin? I would like to extract the individual delivery date data per product. Thanks.

      1. Hi Adrian,

The metadata tag for our Product Delivery Date – Lite plugin is “_prdd_lite_date” as meta_key. And you can find meta data tag in the “wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta” table from the database of your website.

Let me know if you have any further queries.

        Regards,
        Chetna Bhutka

    4. Hi guys!

Great plugin! this is exactly what I was looking for. I was wondering if it’s possilble to block off certain dates for delivery?

      1. Hi Ernie,

Yes, it is possible to block off certain dates for delivery using the No delivery on these dates setting under Product Delivery Date meta box, Settings tab. Here is the screenshot for your reference: http://prntscr.com/fo6isw

    5. Hi Michel,

Thank you for appreciating our plugin.

Can you please let me know which Multi-Vendor plugin you are using on your website? Currently, we have not made our plugin compatible with any of the multi vendors plugin.

Here are my answers to your questions:

      1. Currently, it is not possible to set the default value checked for the “Enable Delivery Date” checkbox for the products. You need to make the changes in the plugin code to set the value of the checkbox as checked.

      2. Currently, we do not have any PHP code which allows you to add the “Minimum Delivery preparation time” and “Number of Dates to choose” on the front end.

      3. You can use the “prdd_lite_process_box” function added in the product-delivery-date-for-woocommerce-lite.php file. This function is called when the product is updated on the admin products page. Here you need to pass the product id and the $post variable which is a WP_Post Object.

Also, it would we great if you could send the plugin and the related files on moxa at tychesoftwares dot com, so I can check the plugin and help you with it.

    6. Hi,

      Great plugin guys, congrats.

I have a multi vendor site, so the products will be created by users in the front-end (template-shop-product.php) and saved when the user click “save” in the front-end as well (updateProduct() function).

      My questions are:
      1. How can I have “Enable Delivery Date” ticked by default?
      2. Would you provide the PHP code I need to add in my template-shop-product.php file to have “Minimum Delivery preparation time” and “Number of Dates to choose” available from the front end?
      3. Would you provide the code I need to add in my updateProduct() function to save the values in the product instance?

If necessary I can provide both these files and any other details you might need.

Thanks in anticipation for your reply.

    7. hi, is it possible automatically charge a higher delivery fee when the client chooses a delivery date 1-2 days from the current date?

      1. Hi Bruce,

Currently, it is not possible in the Product Delivery Date Lite plugin to add extra delivery charges for the selected delivery date. However, we have this feature in Product Delivery Date Pro plugin where you can add different delivery charges for different weekday or some specific dates.
